I just wanted to send an update regarding the Corona Virus. Sorry this will be much like all the other updates that you will have had.
My priority is the safety of my team, my clients and mine and their families. Before The Prime Ministers announcement today we had already put an action plan in place and it would seem this will now escalate quicker than we first thought.
It is important to point out that on the face of it business will carry on as normal for us and we are here to support you and your business as usual.
From this Wednesday or Thursday my team will all be working from home. But this is common and our systems are set up for this. We will also be available on the telephone as normal. So you will notice no difference here.
With immediate effect we have stopped all face to face meetings. These will be replaced with online meetings via Microsoft Teams or Zoom where face to face is required.
Jeny will continue to service the office. So if you do need to deliver paperwork you can still do this. My team have then been timetabled to attend the office to collect records and files as required.
So, despite us going through a worrying time, your work, accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns, tax returns and payroll will all get done on time as you expect.
We will be looking into the new business grants for small businesses and I am liaising with Santander tomorrow regarding the new Corona Virus government backed loans. If anyone needs financial support please contact me to discuss options.
