What is an annual return?

The annual return is basically a summary of the company officers (directors and secretary), it’s shareholders, where the registered office is etc. There is no financial data on the annual return although it possibly suggests that we are fast approaching your company year end.
It needs to be filed once a year with Companies House on the anniversary of incorporation.
There is a £15.00 online filing fee or £30.00 if submitted manually.
We can submit the annual return for you for a fee of £50.00 (incl filing fee).
