For some methods we will offer multiple ways of achieving something, for these, you can pick whichever option you prefer.
On Xero Dashboard, Click on the “+” icon. Then click “Invoice”. Fill out the invoice then click “Save”.

On Xero Dashboard, click Contacts > All Contacts. Click on a contact that you want to invoice. Click “New” and then click “Sales Invoice”. Fill out the invoice then click “Save”.
How to create a purchase order in Xero
On Xero Dashboard, Click on the “+” icon. Then click “Purchase Order”. Fill out the Purchase order then click “Save”.

On Xero Dashboard, click Contacts > All Contacts. Click on a contact that you want to make a purchase order for specifically. Click “New” and then click “Purchase Order”. Fill out the purchase order then click “Save”.

How to add a chart of accounts in Xero
On Xero Dashboard, Click on Accounting > Chart of Accounts. Then click on “Add Account”. Fill out the account then click “Save”.

On Xero Dashboard, Click “+” icon on the top right corner and click “Bill”. Add stock items and their quantity which you want to list in inventory and fill out the remaining bill. Click “Approve”. Now check the inventory in Business > Products and Services.

To do this, log into your Xero Account. Then Click on Contacts > All Contacts. Click on “New Contact” at the top right corner. You will need to fill in the contact details. Then click “Save”.

Note:
A) To Make a Contact Supplier, you’ll need to make a Purchase Order or a Bill to mark that Contact as a supplier.
B) To Make a Contact Customer, you’ll need to make an Invoice to mark that Contact as a Customer.
